Rest assured Brett Kavanaugh will be confirmed.

Soothsayer wants to get this out as soon as possible because so many have asked me to make the prediction. So I want this going out on Friday afternoon before the confirmation is done.

Dragging some drunken history from 36 years ago into the present just does not work. Even the law wont work beyond 7 years except for murder. The truth is no one really remembers and there is no reason to. The law of latches – it is far too late and obviously politically motivated.

But do not worry, the balance of the Supreme Court remains the same. A conservative is replacing a conservative.
